This was taken a couple weeks ago when I was wandering through a park. Tis the season to hear them hopping, jumping, chasing all through the leaves while I am walking through the woods, but they are quite skittish and oftentimes are diving under leaves, into holes or burrows . They will dart around so quickly and are up the tree is a flash! I find them to be so cute but need them to stay a little lower to the ground and stay around for a little longer 🤣
I love wandering and finding all that reveals itself to me on any given day! Here the little cutie stayed for a moment and seemed to watch me as I took its photo. After the snap, it was off again... up the tree! Sometimes just have to take the photo and hope 🙏 Isn't it so cute? 🐿
